- Nestago Management uses the garage/warehouse space behind the home for occasional storage. We are rarely there, so your privacy will not be interrupted.
- A Signed Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. We will provide a link to complete the agreement once the reservation is confirmed.
- No mailbox access at this home, we are not responsible for lost mail.
- We provide a starter supply of essentials: paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, trash bags, dish/laundry detergent, and towels.
- Winter Travel Tip: Colorado roads can get icy, 4WD or AWD vehicles are recommended during snowy months.
