HOUSE RULES

·        No Smoking Inside the Home ($500 fine) ); Do not litter/leave cigarettes on the ground; $100 fine if we need to clean up

·        If you bring a pet to a Non-Pet Friendly Home there is a $300 fine.

·        No Parties or Events

·        Quiet Time is from 10PM-8AM

·        IF YOU CHECK IN EARLY OR CHECK OUT LATE WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL THERE WILL BE A $100 FEE

·        $50 fee for lost/misplaced house key (For homes that use a key or if a guest receives a key)

·        $50 fee if dishes are not washed or dishwasher is not ran when checking out

·        $50 fee if you accidentally or intentionally lose/take any smart device, charging cable or garage remote from the home, ie. Amazon Alexa, Amazon Fire, and/or Roku devices

·        Lost and Found:  $25.00 fee plus applicable postage to return any lost items.  Items will be held for 14 days and then either discarded or donated.

PET FRIENDLY HOUSE RULES

·        If you bring a pet, there is a nonrefundable pet fee of $150 for up to 2 dogs.

·        Please Pick Up All Dog Waste ($100 fine)

·        There will be an additional $100 cleaning fee if there is excessive pet fur in the house
