The Home
This smaller home makes excellent use of its space, offering thoughtful updates and the everyday essentials that make a longer stay comfortable.
The beautifully updated kitchen features newer appliances, a deep farmhouse sink, and a large refrigerator with an ice maker and water dispenser. Generous countertop and cabinet space make it easy to unpack groceries and settle in for an extended stay. Enjoy meals at the dining table for four or use the additional table by the window.
The kitchen flows directly into the living room, where you'll find a comfortable couch and Smart TV for relaxing at the end of the day.
Need to work remotely? The home offers two separate workspace options. One desk includes a chair and computer monitor, while a second desk, chair, and monitor are located in the sunroom.
The primary bedroom includes a comfortable king bed, closet, dresser, ceiling fan, and blackout window covering. The second bedroom offers a queen bed along with a closet, dresser, ceiling fan, and blackout window covering. The full bathroom has a shower/tub combination.
At the back of the home, the sunroom provides a bonus place to unwind or work. An oversized chair creates a comfortable reading spot, and this space also houses the full-size washer and dryer.
During the summer months, the home is cooled with a window A/C unit and a portable A/C unit rather than central air.
Outdoors
Step outside to a fully fenced backyard with a privacy fence, giving guests and their dogs their own outdoor space.
A propane grill makes it easy to cook outside, while the propane fire feature and seating provide a comfortable place to spend an evening outdoors. It's a simple way to enjoy Colorado weather without leaving your home base.

Located on Colorado Springs' west side, this home puts extended-stay guests close to some of the area's best-known destinations while maintaining convenient access to downtown, healthcare, schools, and major employers. Garden of the Gods is nearby, and the surrounding west-side area provides easy access to Old Colorado City and Manitou Springs. Garden of the Gods is a free city park and National Natural Landmark with hiking, biking, climbing, and paved walking paths.

• All reservations exceeding 28 nights require a signed rental agreement and background check. These will be sent after your booking is confirmed and must be completed prior to your stay.
• Home is dog friendly, with up to two dogs allowed (no cats allowed). There is a $75/per pet fee for the reservation.
• We provide a starter supply of essentials: paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, trash bags, dish/laundry detergent, and towels.
• This rental does not come with access to the homes mailbox.
• One vehicle can park in front of the home. Parking for one vehicle may also be coordinated in the rear of the property, accessed through the alley and gate.
• The home does not have central air conditioning. During the summer months, a window A/C unit and portable A/C unit are provided.
