This 300 sq ft studio suite is designed for comfort and simplicity. Upon entry, you’ll find a plush king bed, a large smart TV with streaming access, and ample clothing storage with a dresser and closet.
The kitchenette includes a mini-fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker—ideal for light meals and easy mornings.
A full bathroom completes the space. High-speed WiFi keeps you connected throughout your stay.
The unit includes access to a shared patio with propane grill with one neighboring unit, perfect for a quick breath of fresh air.

Set in a central Colorado Springs neighborhood, this studio puts you close to dining, cafés, and local attractions. Walk to nearby spots or hop on an Uber, bike, or e-scooter to reach downtown in just minutes.

 - There is no thermostat in the unit to control the heat, however it is kept at a comfortable temperature. There is also a space heater for additional heat if it gets a little chilly! As well as a window A/C unit for cooling
 - NO pets allowed
 - Compact kitchenette (no stove/oven)
 - We've prepared a starter supply that includes coffee, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, trash bags, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and soft white towels! 
 - Please be aware, that there is NO mailbox access at this home. We are not responsible for lost mail.
