The well-stocked kitchen includes everything you need to cook at home, along with a cozy breakfast table overlooking the beautiful views. A bright dining room provides additional space for shared meals and gatherings.
Upstairs, you’ll find three spacious bedrooms. The primary suite includes a king bed, Smart TV, and a private 5-piece ensuite with a soaking tub, dual vanity, and walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, while the third bedroom features a bunk bed and a dedicated workspace, perfect for remote work or study. High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the home keeps you connected.
*A full garage is available for secure parking, and central A/C keeps the home comfortable year-round.

 - Winter months do bring snowfall in Colorado and the potential for icy road conditions, we advise guests to consider opting for a vehicle equipped with 4WD (Four-Wheel Drive) or AWD (All-Wheel Drive) for a safer and more secure travel accommodations.
 - Please be aware, that there is NO mailbox access at this home. We are not responsible for lost mail.
