The Home Space
Spread out across 3,242 square feet and three levels of thoughtfully designed space. The main floor welcomes you with vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a warm gas fireplace in the living room—perfect for gathering around with loved ones. The fully stocked kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of room to prepare group meals, flowing seamlessly into the dining area where mountain views create a picture-perfect backdrop. The luxurious primary suite offers a king bed, desk, and spa-like ensuite with a dual vanity, soaking jacuzzi tub, heated floors, and walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms with queen beds and one with a desk provide comfort and convenience on this level.
On the lower level, discover the “Bear Den,” a family-friendly game room with foosball, darts, a large smart TV, and a walkout to the backyard. Here you’ll also find a bunk room with two twin-over-full beds, a guest room with a queen bed, and a sixth bedroom with a futon and dedicated workspace—plenty of room for everyone to enjoy privacy and relaxation. Multiple living areas, a bright dedicated workspace, and high-speed WiFi make this home just as functional as it is fun. A washer and dryer are also available to keep your stay easy and stress-free.

The Outdoor Space

The large fenced-in yard offers a private hot tub, propane grill, and a cozy firepit surrounded by seating—the perfect spot to unwind beneath the stars. - The home does not have AC but there as portable AC units and fans to keep the home comfortable
- This home is NOT pet friendly
- We've prepared a starter supply that includes coffee, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, trash bags, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and soft white towels! 
- Winter months do bring snowfall in Colorado and the potential for icy road conditions, we advise guests to consider opting for a vehicle equipped with 4WD (Four-Wheel Drive) or AWD (All-Wheel Drive) for a safer and more secure travel accommodations.
- Please be aware, that there is NO mailbox access at this home. We are not responsible for lost mail.
