The Property
When you book Stone Lodge, the entire three-unit property is yours. Your group will have the Upper Stone Lodge, Lower Stone Lodge, and stand-alone Stone Cottage, along with exclusive use of the property's two hot tubs, game room, propane firepit, laundry facilities, patios, and other guest spaces.
It's a great setup for larger families and groups because you can spend plenty of time together without having everyone under one roof. Across the property, you'll have four bedrooms plus a private studio, three bathrooms, two full kitchens, a kitchenette, multiple living areas, and sleeping accommodations for up to 14 guests.

Upper Stone Lodge | Sleeps 6
The Upper Stone Lodge has two private bedrooms, each furnished with a king bed, plus a queen air mattress for two additional guests.
The large living room provides a comfortable central gathering space and flows into the full kitchen with a breakfast bar and dining area. This unit also has one bathroom with a walk-in shower, plus access to a patio and grill.

Lower Stone Lodge | Sleeps 6
The ground-level Lower Stone Lodge offers another complete living space with two bedrooms positioned on opposite ends of the unit for added privacy.
Both bedrooms have king beds, and one also includes a twin daybed with a twin trundle. There's a full kitchen, open living and dining area, and one bathroom with a tiled shower.

Stone Cottage | Sleeps 2
Separate from the main lodge, the Stone Cottage is a private one-room studio with a queen bed, kitchenette, and 3/4 bathroom.
This space works especially well for a couple, grandparents, or anyone in the group who would appreciate a little more privacy while still being just steps away from everyone else.

Space to Gather & Unwind
Outside the individual units, Stone Lodge gives your group plenty of ways to spend time together. Soak in either of the two hot tubs, gather around the propane firepit, enjoy the mountain air from the patios, or fire up the grill for an easy meal at home.
The separate year-round game room is another favorite gathering spot. Located above the garage, it includes a pool table, air hockey, cornhole, board games, and room for some friendly competition. The game room is heated during the winter for year round use. *Please note that stairs are required to reach this space, and the garage itself is not accessible to guests.
For longer stays and larger groups, the laundry area is equipped with two washers and two dryers. 
There's also plenty of driveway parking for the main lodge, with an additional parking space on Pike Road for the Stone Cottage.

Location
Stone Lodge is tucked into Cascade at the foothills of Pikes Peak, giving you a true mountain setting while keeping some of the area's most popular destinations within an easy drive. Spend your days exploring Pikes Peak, visiting nearby Manitou Springs, heading into Woodland Park, or making the short trip into Colorado Springs.
Families visiting North Pole – Santa's Workshop will be especially close—it's approximately 0.4 mile from the property.

Items to Note
• Your reservation includes all three units: Upper Stone Lodge, Lower Stone Lodge, and Stone Cottage.
• No other guests will be staying on the property during your whole-property reservation.
• The garage is not accessible to guests.
• No pets are allowed.
• There is no A/C. With the cooler mountain climate, open the windows and enjoy the fresh mountain air!
• Winter weather can bring snow and icy road conditions. We recommend considering a 4WD or AWD vehicle when conditions warrant.
• There is no guest mailbox access. USPS mail cannot be received at the property during your stay.
