 - On the first floor, the primary bedroom features a king bed, private bathroom with soaking tub and dual vanities, and a 40" Roku TV. Two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with twin bunks, share a full hallway bathroom.

 - The second floor offers a spacious king bedroom with a 40" Roku TV and window A/C, plus a smaller bedroom with two twin beds, an excellent setup for a family with young children.

 - The basement is designed for relaxation and play. It includes a queen bed in a private corner, a pull-out sofa, a 40" Roku TV, foosball, ping-pong, and a dedicated work area. A full bathroom and laundry room with new appliances are also located here.

Guests will also have access to a two-car garage, and the home offers central A/C for year-round comfort.

Outdoors
The backyard is designed for connection and play, with seating for 12, two dining tables, a natural-gas grill, a charcoal grill, and a patio with a basketball hoop. Terraced grass areas offer space for yard games or relaxing in the fresh mountain air.

Just 300 yards away, a large neighborhood park offers playgrounds, basketball courts, tennis courts, and open fields. The neighborhood trail system sits right across the street, making it easy to enjoy daily walks, runs, or family outings.

 - Winter months do bring snowfall in Colorado and the potential for icy road conditions, we advise guests to consider opting for a vehicle equipped with 4WD (Four-Wheel Drive) or AWD (All-Wheel Drive) for a safer and more secure travel accommodations.
