The Home
Songbird Sanctuary is a beautifully remodeled tri-level home offering 1,750 square feet of comfortable living space. Thoughtfully updated throughout, it's designed for families, traveling professionals, and anyone looking for a relaxing home base while exploring Colorado Springs.
Step inside to an open and inviting main level filled with natural light. The living room features a large sectional, an electric fireplace, and a Smart TV ready for streaming your favorite shows after a day of adventure. Just beyond, the fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, generous prep space, and everything needed to cook at home. The dining table seats five guests, with three additional bar stools at the kitchen island for casual meals.
Just off the kitchen, is the relaxing sunroom. Enjoy your morning coffee while taking in beautiful views, unwind with a good book, or work remotely from the dedicated desk surrounded by natural light.
Upstairs, the primary bedroom offers a queen bed, a cozy loveseat, and a private ensuite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms each feature a full-size bed and a desk, making them equally comfortable for families, friends, or remote workers. A second full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway.
The finished lower level provides even more flexibility with a queen bed and a spacious workspace. While this area is commonly used as an additional sleeping space, please note that it is not a legal bedroom.
A full-size washer and dryer are also available, making longer stays easy and convenient.

Outdoors
Enjoy Colorado's beautiful scenery from the inviting sunroom, where you can sip your morning coffee, catch a sunrise over Pikes Peak, or work remotely from the dedicated desk.
Outside, the fully fenced backyard offers plenty of space to relax with family and pets. Fire up the propane grill for dinner, then gather around the propane fire pit for an evening under the stars.
Traveling with pets? We're happy to welcome up to two dogs!
Parking includes one space in the attached garage, with additional driveway or street parking available where permitted.

• Signed Rental Agreement required for all reservations of 30 nights or longer.
• Maximum of 2 dogs allowed | Pet fee is $75 per pet.
• We've prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, trash bags, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and soft white towels! 
• There is no central air conditioning. Portable AC and fans are provided during summer months.
• Colorado winters can bring snow and icy roads. We recommend a vehicle equipped with AWD or 4WD during winter travel.
• There is no mailbox access available for guests.
• The basement sleeping area is not a legal bedroom.
