The Home
Step inside a modern, upscale home designed to make the most of its incredible Colorado Springs setting. Large windows bring in natural light and frame mountain and Front Range views, while comfortable furnishings and updated finishes make the home equally suited for a weekend getaway or an extended stay.
The main living area offers a comfortable couch, Smart TV with cable, and gas fireplace. It’s an easy place to settle in after hiking Garden of the Gods, exploring nearby trails, or spending the day around Colorado Springs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, electric kettle, cookware, pots and pans, and dishes and flatware. Gather around the dining table with seating for six, with two additional seats at the bar.
Upstairs, the primary suite features a king bed, Smart TV, walk-in closet, and private ensuite bathroom with dual vanities and a walk-in shower. The second upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and TV with convenient access to the hall bathroom. The upstairs loft adds a daybed for additional sleeping space.
A third bedroom is located on the main level and includes a double bed and private ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination, making it a convenient option for guests who prefer to avoid the stairs.
For remote work, the dedicated office includes two monitors and a printer. Free fast WiFi is available throughout the home, and you'll also have board games and books for downtime.
Thoughtful amenities include luxury linens and towels, central air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, washer and dryer, complimentary eco-friendly toiletries, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, and keyless entry. Families traveling with little ones will also find a Pack & Play, high chair, stroller, and children's dishware.

Outdoors

Dogs are welcome, with food and water bowls and doggie bags provided. Please note that the yard is not fully fenced, so dogs should remain supervised while outside.

This is where the home really stands apart. You're staying on Colorado Springs' west side about half a mile from Garden of the Gods! Red Rock Canyon Open Space is also less than a mile away.
Even better, you don't have to leave the neighborhood to appreciate the scenery. The home offers mountain and rock-formation views, and the surrounding landscape puts some of Colorado Springs' signature red rocks right into the backdrop of your stay.
