The Home
This home is designed for comfortable everyday living with plenty of space to spread out. Thoughtfully updated while keeping its original character, the home offers a warm and practical setup for families, professionals, relocation guests, and longer stays.
The main floor features a comfortable living room with a large sectional, Smart TV, and cozy seating for movie nights or quiet evenings in. The fully stocked kitchen includes cookware, dishes, full-size appliances, dishwasher, kitchen island seating, and a coffee bar with starter coffee provided. A separate dining area makes it easy to gather for meals or work remotely throughout the day.

*Please note: Like many historic homes in Colorado Springs, this property does not have central AC. The area’s mild mountain climate keeps temperatures comfortable most of the year, and the home includes window AC units and ceiling fans throughout for added comfort.
