Welcome to the Upper Level of our Mountain-View Retreat, a spacious, light-filled home offering 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and private access to your own living space. Whether you’re relocating, here for work, or enjoying an extended stay in Colorado Springs, this home blends comfort, convenience, and the beauty of nature.

Please note: This home is part of a duplex-style setup with a completely separate lower-level apartment. Each unit has its own private entrance, and the garage/driveway parking is shared (1 garage space + 1 driveway space per unit). No street parking is allowed per HOA bylaws.
