The Home
Step inside to a bright living room with a comfortable sectional, Smart TV, and large windows that bring in plenty of natural light. From here, the home flows into the dining area and fully equipped kitchen, stocked for both short visits and extended stays. The kitchen also provides direct access to the back deck and yard.
Downstairs is a second living room with a Smart TV and treadmill, giving your group another place to spread out. This level also has a queen bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, along with the home's washer and dryer.
Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom. The dual vanity is located within the bedroom area, while the shower and toilet are privately enclosed in the bathroom.
Two additional upstairs bedrooms each have a queen bed, walk-in closet, and desk space. One also includes an exercise bike. A full hall bathroom with a shower/tub combination and heat lamp serves these bedrooms.

Outdoors
The large backyard gives you plenty of room to enjoy Colorado's fresh air without leaving home.
Relax in the private hot tub, gather around the propane firepit, or cook dinner on the propane grill. Outdoor seating and a separate dining area make it easy to spend meals and evenings outside.
For a little friendly competition, the yard also includes horseshoes and cornhole.

Guest Access
Guests have private access to the main home, large backyard, deck, hot tub, outdoor seating and dining areas, propane grill, firepit, cornhole, horseshoes, one-car garage, and the left side of the driveway.
*The locked backyard shed is not available for guest use.
**Please note that a separate basement unit is occupied by a long-term tenant. The tenant has a completely separate private entrance and living space. There are no shared interior living areas between guests and the tenant.

• A long-term tenant occupies a separate basement unit at the property. Their unit has its own private entrance and there are no shared interior living spaces. Guests have private use of the portion of the home shown in this listing and the guest-designated outdoor amenities.
• Guests have exclusive use of the left side of the driveway and parking for one vehicle in the garage. The basement tenant has exclusive use of the right side of the driveway, so please keep that side clear.
• The fireplace in the downstairs living room is not operable and is for decorative purposes only.
• The backyard shed remains locked and is not accessible to guests.
• This is a pet-friendly property. Pet fee of $75/per dog; up to two pets allowed
• A signed rental agreement is required for all reservations exceeding 30 days. A secure link will be sent after your booking is confirmed.
• Starter supplies provided: Coffee, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, trash bags, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and soft towels.
• Please be aware, that there is NO mailbox access at this home. You will not be able to receive mail from USPS during your stay.
