The Home
Welcome to your home away from home! This spacious 1,436-square-foot end-unit townhome offers the comfort, convenience, and flexibility guests appreciate for both weekend getaways and extended stays.
Step inside to an open and inviting living area featuring comfortable sofas, a Smart TV, and plenty of natural light—perfect for relaxing after a day of work or exploring Colorado Springs. Central air conditioning and fast WiFi help keep everyone comfortable and connected throughout your stay.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals at home, whether you're staying for a few days or a few months. Just off the kitchen, the dining table comfortably seats six for family dinners, takeout nights, or remote work.
A convenient half bathroom completes the main level.

Upstairs, you'll find two thoughtfully furnished bedrooms designed for both rest and productivity.
The primary suite features a comfortable queen bed, dedicated workspace with a desk and chair, a futon for an additional sleeping option, a spacious walk-in closet, and a private ensuite bathroom with dual vanities and a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom also includes a queen bed, its own desk for remote work, and a large closet with an elliptical machine available for guest use.
The upper level also includes a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination and a full-size washer and dryer, making longer stays even more convenient.
The home comfortably accommodates up to five guests.

As an end-unit townhome, you'll enjoy a little extra privacy during your stay. Start your morning with coffee on the front porch before heading out to explore the city.
Guests have access to the attached one-car garage as well as driveway parking for added convenience.

• This home welcomes up to two pets. A pet fee of $75 per pet applies.
• We provide a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap, laundry detergent, trash bags, and fresh towels.
• Please note there is no USPS mailbox access during your stay.
• Winter weather can bring snow and icy roads. We recommend traveling with an AWD or 4WD vehicle when snow is in the forecast.
