The Home
Designed with families and groups in mind, this three-level home offers plenty of room to spread out while still providing welcoming spaces to gather together.

The main level features an open-concept layout with a comfortable living room centered around a floor-to-ceiling rock fireplace and Smart TV. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, real wood cabinetry, a large island with breakfast seating, a pantry, and everything needed for preparing meals at home. Sliding glass doors lead directly to the back deck, creating an easy indoor-outdoor flow.

Just off the entryway, you'll find a private office, providing a quiet workspace for remote work or studying.

The primary suite is conveniently located on the main level and includes a king bed, Smart TV, and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. A laundry room is also located on this floor for added convenience. (Please note: the primary closet is reserved for owner storage and not available to guests.)

Upstairs, a loft overlooks the surrounding area and offers beautiful views of Pikes Peak. Two guest bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed and Smart TV, share a full bathroom on this level.

The walkout basement serves as the home's entertainment hub. Guests can relax in the second living room featuring another fireplace and Smart TV or gather around the custom wet bar. The game area includes a pool table, air hockey table, foosball table, and ping pong table for hours of family fun.

The basement also includes two additional bedrooms. One bedroom features a king bed and Smart TV, while the second offers two twin beds and a Smart TV. A full bathroom is conveniently located nearby.

Additional sleeping accommodations include two queen air mattresses. Families traveling with young children will also appreciate the Pack 'n Play provided during their stay.

Outdoors
Take in the beauty of Colorado from multiple outdoor spaces designed for relaxation.

The front porch offers views of Pikes Peak, while the rear deck overlooks a private, fenced backyard that backs to a peaceful wooded area. The walkout basement leads to a covered patio below, creating additional space to gather outdoors.

In the evenings, unwind around the backyard fire pit or enjoy the quiet surroundings from one of the home's outdoor seating areas.

Parking includes access to a three-car garage (*with one garage bay partially reserved for owner storage)

• Starter supplies are provided, including paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, trash bags, dish soap, laundry detergent, and bath towels.
• Mailbox access is not available. We cannot accept responsibility for lost or misdirected mail.
