We had a great stay. We were there for the Fallen Firefighter Memorial. Lloyd was very responsive and helpful. The location was perfect for visiting downtown, and Garden of The Gods.

What a Fantastic Gem! Great Location and easy parking! Very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated inside. Air conditioning is very efficient and NOT noisy window units! The kitchen is well equipped and has updated appliances (the real stove/ oven is huge plus as well as washer/ dryer.) The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is beautiful with great water pressure. The backyard is cute and private with a nice table with an umbrella. The check in and out process was easy and accurate. The property owner was very responsive to questions before and during our trip. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and was so glad we found this great place!

Great place to stay for our small family. Less than 15 minutes from basically everything you would want to do in Colorado Springs. Also only about an hour to Denver for a day trip (we went to a Rockies game). Would recommend to anyone visiting the area!

My husband and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary in this home and it was great! It was one of few homes with AC, which was amazing! The amenities were wonderfully updated and modern. It was so refreshing to see how clean everything was and not to mention, it is conveniently located close to downtown and local attractions. We loved our stay here and highly recommend anyone looking to enjoy the beauty of Colorado to stay here!!!

We checked in a day late due to travel issues, but communication with the host was smooth. The house is super convenient to everywhere, and we enjoyed how it was up-to-date with a lot of nice touches for convenience. Having a full kitchen AND a washer/dryer were definitely a plus. It was crazy hot out, but the mini-splits made it comfortable in the house the whole day. We had a great stay.
Lloyd was a wonderful host. Very responsive and helpful.

Awesome place. The place was exactly as in the pictures and very clean. The house was very well situated close to main highways with lots of things to do around. My family had a great time and felt right at home.
