Nestled on a scenic hillside in Florissant, this spacious mountain retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort, entertainment, and breathtaking scenery. Whether you're planning to spend your days hiking nearby trails, exploring mountain towns, or simply relaxing with family and friends, this home is an inviting place to gather after every adventure.

The Home
The main level welcomes you with an open-concept living space filled with natural light and sweeping views of Pikes Peak through large picture windows. Cozy up around the beautiful stone gas fireplace, settle into the oversized sectional, or stream your favorite shows on the 55-inch Smart TV.
The fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals easy, with plenty of counter space, a large island with seating for four, and everything you'll need for short or extended stays. A fold-away dining table expands to seat up to eight guests, making it easy to enjoy meals together. A convenient half bathroom is also located on the main level.
The primary suite is located on the main floor and features a king bed, Smart TV, and a private ensuite bathroom complete with a dual vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking tub.
Downstairs, the lower level offers a second living area with another comfortable sectional, Smart TV, DVD player, an extensive movie collection, and plenty of board games for relaxing evenings indoors. Three additional bedrooms—including a second king bedroom with smart tv, a room with two queen beds, and a bedroom with two twin beds—provide comfortable accommodations for families and larger groups. A full bathroom with a dual vanity serves the lower level.
The converted two-car garage has been transformed into a dedicated game room where guests can enjoy ping pong, shuffleboard, foosball, and basketball hoops, offering entertainment for all ages no matter the weather.
Additional conveniences include a full-size washer and dryer, reliable high-speed Wi-Fi, and central air conditioning—a rare feature for many Colorado mountain homes that helps keep everyone comfortable during the warmer months.

Outdoors
Step outside and enjoy some of the best views the area has to offer. The spacious deck overlooks Pikes Peak, dramatic rock formations, and the surrounding mountain landscape, creating the perfect place to start your morning or unwind after a day of exploring.
Enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the mountains, fire up the propane grill for dinner, or gather around the propane fire pit in the evening to enjoy the crisp mountain air and Colorado's incredible night skies.

• A starter supply of paper products, toiletries, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, trash bags, and fresh towels is provided to help you settle in.
• Winter weather in the mountains can bring snow and icy roads. We strongly recommend traveling in a vehicle equipped with AWD or 4WD during winter months.
• A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front entrance and monitors the exterior entryway only.
