The Home
Step inside this freshly renovated two-story home and settle into a space designed for comfort and convenience.
The living room welcomes you with a cozy couch, fireplace, and Smart TV, creating the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Colorado Springs. The open layout flows directly into the dining area, where seating for four makes it easy to enjoy meals together.
The updated kitchen is fully equipped for both short and extended stays and includes a Keurig coffee maker to help start your mornings right. A full bathroom is conveniently located on the main level.
Upstairs, you'll find all three bedrooms along with a full-size washer and dryer.
The primary bedroom features a comfortable king bed and accent chair, along with direct access to the upstairs full bathroom. The bathroom also has hallway access for added convenience.
The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, while the third bedroom serves as a quiet workspace with a desk and chair, making it ideal for remote workers and traveling professionals. This room also includes a fold-out sofa chair that converts into a twin bed for additional sleeping flexibility.
Guests will also have access to the attached one-car garage during their stay.

Outdoors
Enjoy your own private outdoor space in the fully fenced backyard. The yard features low-maintenance turf, a privacy fence, propane fire pit, and propane grill—perfect for relaxing, dining outdoors, or spending time with family and pets. Guests will also have access to the backyard storage shed, providing additional space for outdoor gear, bicycles, or other belongings during their stay.

Located on Colorado Springs' desirable northwest side, this home offers convenient access to shopping, dining, outdoor recreation, and many of the area's top attractions. Its central location makes it easy to commute throughout the city while enjoying a quiet residential setting.

- A Signed Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. We will provide a link to complete the agreement once the reservation is confirmed.
- Home is pet friendly, with up to two pets allowed. There is a $75/per pet fee for the reservation. 
- We provide a starter supply of essentials: paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, trash bags, dish/laundry detergent, and towels.
