The Home
This comfortable two-story home in the desirable Northgate neighborhood is thoughtfully furnished for monthly stays, relocations, military families, and extended visits to Colorado Springs.
The main level features a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stovetop, cookware, essential appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, tea kettle, breakfast bar, and dining table for gathering over meals. The dining area provides direct access to the backyard.
Just beyond the kitchen, the living room offers a comfortable seating area, large Smart TV, gas fireplace, and high-speed internet, creating a welcoming space to relax after a day of work or exploring Colorado Springs. A convenient half bathroom and access to the attached two-car garage are also located on the main level.
Upstairs, you'll find all three bedrooms along with a full-size laundry room, making longer stays easy and convenient.
The primary suite features a king bed, Smart TV, dedicated workspace, walk-in closet, and private ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, a soaking tub, and walk-in shower.
The second bedroom includes two twin beds, while the third bedroom offers a queen bed. A full hall bathroom serves both guest bedrooms.

• No street parking permitted due to HOA regulations; Parking available in the two-car garage and driveway only
