- On the main level, you’ll find a spacious living room decorated with style and comfort in mind. Curl up on the sofa (which converts into a memory foam sleeper) and enjoy movie nights on the large Smart TV. 
- The main bedroom offers a queen bed with fresh linens and a walk-in closet, making it easy to settle in for short or extended stays.
- Up the stairs is the loft bedroom, which feels like a private retreat. Here you’ll find a twin bed with a twin trundle, a wall heater, a mini-split for added climate control, and even a charming desk tucked into an attic window nook, perfect for remote work with a view.

- This is a historic home with original woodwork and character, but it has been thoughtfully updated with modern amenities like central heating, central AC, and stylish furnishings. 
- The loft stairs are narrow and steep, so may not be ideal for all guests. 
- Monthly Rentals Welcome: Great for extended stays or work assignments.
- A starter pack of paper goods (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc.) is provided. Please note that guests are responsible for replenishing supplies if they need more past the starter pack.
- Winter months do bring the occasional snowfall in Colorado and the potential for icy road conditions, we advise guests to consider opting for a vehicle equipped with 4WD (Four-Wheel Drive) or AWD (All-Wheel Drive) for a safer and more secure travel accommodations.
