The Home
This thoughtfully designed 900 sq ft chalet offers a comfortable and functional layout ideal for families or small groups. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, while the second bedroom includes a full-over-full bunk bed—perfect for kids or additional guests.
The living room provides a welcoming space to relax, complete with a cozy sectional and Smart TV for movie nights or downtime after a day outdoors. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, with seating available at both the dining table and breakfast bar for easy gatherings.

From the check-in process to checking out everything was super smooth and easy! The place itself was clean and had plenty of space for my group! Great spot between Breckenridge and Frisco with plenty of shopping and restaurants. I ran the Leadville 100 so we were about 45 minutes outside of Leadville. There is a killer trail right out the back door that connects directly to the Colorado trail with some sick switchbacks and a gnarly climb called vomit hill. The park itself is super quiet and has great amenities. I was able to take my son fishing in the river that runs through the park and the surrounding lakes. The office staff was friendly and helpful. No issues and we will look to stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is amazing. The Colorado trail right behind the chalet was a bonus. The pool and hot tub are very nice. We did our laundry at the clubhouse and they have so many machines it was quick. The residents and guests in the neighborhood were all very friendly. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was very well stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

The location was fantastic. Access to the hiking trail is literally steps from the house, used it for multiple hikes. The towns nearby are popular so it's nice to stay 10 minutes away and make an easy drive into town. Will be looking to come back

Lloyd's cabin was great and provided me everything I needed. It was nestled in near a mountain and I had great privacy. I even had the opportunity to see some foxes as I left my cabin the last morning I was there. I would recommend this cabin to anyone and will stay again if I am in the area.

This is a pleasant chalet in a nice park. The view of the mountain ridge above the nearby cabins is great! The chalet is very clean and well kept, and has a good sized kitchen, dining, and living area. The main bedroom is small but functional. The second bedroom is most appropriate for children.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tiger Run. It was 4th of July weekend and there were events on the 3rd (a parade, bouncy houses and activities for kiddos). This added to the activities already available at Tiger Run. We enjoyed walking throughout the village, seeing a bear and two foxes, using the pool, and the playground. It was a perfect getaway for our little family (including a 4 year old). The space itself was larger than I expected. Yes, the "master" bedroom is tight, but definitely doable! Our daughter LOVED the bunk bed. We'd love to stay again!

Awesome nice little cabin, it's actually a lot more roomier then I thought it would be. Really enjoyed the location it being close to town but yet far enough to be able to see the twinkling night sky. First time being that far up high in the mountains and the morning were just perfect to sit out on the porch with a coffee and enjoy the cool breeze while looking at the mountain in the front of the cabin.

Beautiful area and fun place to stay. Right in the mountains! The space was just what we needed for the 5 of us (2 adults, 2 teenagers and a middle schooler). The clubhouse with the pool and hot tubs were great! The game room had a variety of things but they all cost money to use. But the pool area was great for us. Tiger Run is very well kept and in a great location. Great place to stay!

We truly loved staying here! It was very homey and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home! It was very clean and well taken care of! It’s close to town! Quick access to all the restaurants, shops, groceries and snow fun! Also, owners are fast to respond and communicate with you for any questions or concerns! Over all my family and I really enjoyed our stay and will return in the future!

Cute little tiny home neighborhood! We were able to enjoy the changing colors of the aspens right in the neighborhood and access hiking from the house which was so nice. The house itself is very tiny but absolutely fit our needs! I really appreciate the baby gate as our toddler would have been a challenge to keep off of the loft stairs!!

Great stay at the cabin! Perfect location between downtown Breckenridge and downtown Frisco. Close to lots of great hikes and Lake Dillon for water activities. Cabin is nice, though not sure 900 sq ft is accurate for the usable space (loft is entirely off-limits as indicated in the listing). Living room and combined kitchen/dining are fairly spacious, and the bunkbed bedroom has room to move around, but the Queen bed bedroom is very tight - would not be appropriate for larger guests or anyone with mobility issues. Liked that the cabin was situated backing up to the national forest (some in complex are just surrounded by asphalt), but could use better outdoor amenities for the unit itself (ex: next door neighbor has a bench swing). Cabin/RV community is nice and folks were friendly. We enjoyed the use of the pool/hot tub in the clubhouse, as well as having access to laundry there.

Cute place tucked away in the back of a quiet and well kept cabin/RV community. Great location for Breck or Frisco and Lake Dillon. It's tiny, but was perfect for me and my kids. Would stay here again without hesitation.

This was a wonderful stay for our family of two adults and two young kids. The cabin and location were exactly as described and as expected. Not luxury and not huge, but very comfortable, clean, spacious enough, and had everything we needed. The resort is quiet, pretty, and peaceful. There was plenty for the kids to do within the resort and it felt very family friendly. We walked to the pool every day. It was never busy and the water was warm. Access to the Colorado Trail almost right next to our cabin was amazing. The location is about equidistant from Breckenridge and Frisco, so it's a quick and easy drive to all kinds of hiking, sightseeing, shopping, and restaurants. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!
