The Home
Welcome to your downtown home away from home. This spacious 1,100-square-foot ground-floor end unit offers an open layout with plenty of room to relax, work, or settle in for an extended stay.
The oversized bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, Smart TV, and plenty of space to unpack and make yourself at home. Just outside the bedroom is a beautifully updated custom-tiled ¾ bathroom with an all-in-one washer and dryer, making longer stays easy and convenient.
The kitchenette is thoughtfully equipped for everyday cooking with a two-burner hot plate, convection microwave, apartment-sized refrigerator, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, and utensils. While there isn't a traditional oven, range, dishwasher, or full-size refrigerator, you'll have everything needed to prepare simple meals during your stay.
Enjoy breakfast at the bar with seating for four or gather around the dining table with seating for six. The spacious living room offers comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests. If you're working remotely, the dedicated desk provides a peaceful workspace with beautiful mountain views right outside the window.

With quick access to I-25, getting around the city is simple whether you're commuting to work, visiting family, or exploring the area's most popular attractions.

• A signed rental agreement is required for all reservations of 30 nights or longer. We'll send the agreement after your reservation is confirmed.
• This is a pet-friendly home! We welcome up to 2 dogs with a $75 pet fee per pet, which will be added to your reservation.
• The fenced courtyard is shared with two neighboring units.
• This home is located in the heart of downtown Colorado Springs. As with many downtown areas, you'll experience normal city activity throughout the day. The Colorado Springs Police Department is located nearby, and we've never experienced safety concerns at the property.
• A train track is located across the street, and trains pass several times throughout the day. Most guests find the convenience of the location well worth the occasional train.
• The kitchenette includes a two-burner hot plate, convection microwave, and apartment-sized refrigerator. There is no traditional stove, oven, dishwasher, or full-size refrigerator.
• Colorado winters can bring snow and icy road conditions. If traveling during the winter months, we recommend a vehicle equipped with AWD or 4WD.
• Please note that there is no USPS mailbox access during your stay.
