The Space
This rental is for the upper/main level of the home only. The basement apartment is a completely separate unit with its own private entrance and is occasionally occupied by long-term tenants. Rest assured, your space is entirely private and you will not share any living areas inside the home.

Step inside and make yourself at home in the bright and open living room, where a cozy sectional invites you to kick back and stream your favorite shows on the large Smart TV. The open-concept design flows seamlessly into the fully stocked kitchen, complete with ample counter space, and all the cookware you’ll need to whip up your favorite meals. The home offers three well-appointed bedrooms. The master suite is your personal retreat, featuring a king-size bed, Smart TV, and a private en-suite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms each feature a queen bed. *One of these rooms is a converted office with elegant French doors, thoughtfully outfitted with curtains to ensure privacy. A second full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway. For longer stays, you’ll appreciate the full-sized washer and dryer just off the kitchen. With central AC and ceiling fans throughout, you’ll stay comfortable year-round.

- A Signed Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. We will provide a link to complete the agreement once the reservation is confirmed.
- Please note, pets are not permitted at any time.
- We've prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, trash bags, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and soft white towels! 
- Winter months do bring snowfall in Colorado and the potential for icy road conditions, we advise guests to consider opting for a vehicle equipped with 4WD (Four-Wheel Drive) or AWD (All-Wheel Drive) for a safer and more secure travel accommodations.
- Please be aware, that there is NO mailbox access at this home. You will not be able to receive mail from USPS during your stay.
