The Home
This 1,554-square-foot townhome is set up specifically for monthly stays, making it a great fit for traveling professionals, military stays, relocations, and temporary housing.

The open-concept main floor includes a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for longer stays. There’s seating for two at the kitchen bar and four at the dining table. The comfortable living room features a large Smart TV, along with fast Wi-Fi and central A/C throughout the home.
The main level also includes a half bathroom, access to the fenced backyard, and an attached 1-car garage with an additional parking space in the driveway.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom has a king bed, dresser, closet, Smart TV, dedicated workspace, and private ensuite bathroom. Bedroom two has a queen bed, while bedroom three has a twin-over-full bunk bed.
A second full bathroom serves bedrooms two and three. A full-size washer and dryer are also upstairs for convenient laundry throughout your stay.

Outdoors
The small fenced backyard provides a private outdoor space and is especially convenient for guests traveling with pets.

Located in southeast Colorado Springs, the home offers convenient access to military bases, the airport, hospitals, shopping, dining, and major roads—ideal for guests settling in for a month or longer.

• UCHealth Memorial Hospital Central – approximately 10–15 minutes
• Fort Carson – approximately 15–20 minutes

• A Signed Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. We will provide a link to complete the agreement once the reservation is confirmed.
• Please note that if you choose to bring a furry friend (max of TWO pets), there is pet fee of $75 PER pet that is calculated into your reservation.
• Winter months do bring the occasional snowfall in Colorado and the potential for icy road conditions, we advise guests to consider opting for a vehicle equipped with 4WD (Four-Wheel Drive) or AWD (All-Wheel Drive) for a safer and more secure travel accommodations.
• Please be aware, that there is NO mailbox access at this home. You will not be able to receive mail from USPS during your stay.
