The primary bedroom features a king bed, while the two additional bedrooms each offer a queen bed, giving all guests a comfortable space to unwind. Two full bathrooms provide convenience for longer stays, stocked with essentials to make settling in simple.
A full-size washer and dryer are included, and the attached two-car garage provides secure, weather-protected parking.

Outdoors
Enjoy a private, fully fenced backyard, ideal for outdoor dining or quiet mornings. A covered gazebo creates a shaded, usable outdoor space with Colorado views. Guests have exclusive access to the yard and gazebo during their stay.

 - Lower level of the home is occupied by long-term residents with a private entrance; guests retain complete privacy
 - We've prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, trash bags, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and soft white towels! 
 - Winter months do bring snowfall in Colorado and the potential for icy road conditions, we advise guests to consider opting for a vehicle equipped with 4WD (Four-Wheel Drive) or AWD (All-Wheel Drive) for a safer and more secure travel accommodations.
 - Please be aware, that there is NO mailbox access at this home. We are not responsible for lost mail.
