The Home
Designed with large groups in mind, this spacious home offers over two levels of comfortable living space with plenty of room to gather while still allowing guests to spread out.

The main level welcomes you with a comfortable living room featuring a large Smart TV and an oversized sectional that's perfect for movie nights, game days, or simply relaxing after a day of exploring Colorado Springs. The open-concept layout flows directly into the dining area and kitchen, making it easy for everyone to stay connected.
One of the home's standout features is the dining space. Two large dining tables comfortably seat up to 16 guests, while the kitchen bar provides seating for three more, allowing your entire group to enjoy meals together. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked for both short and extended stays and includes a coffee setup designed to satisfy every type of coffee drinker.
Three bedrooms are located on the main level, each furnished with a king bed and Smart TV. One of these bedrooms includes a private ensuite bathroom and direct access to the backyard, making it easy to slip out and enjoy the hot tub. A second full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway.

Downstairs, the fully finished basement offers a second living room complete with a large Smart TV, two sleeper sofas, board games, shuffleboard, ping pong, and a dedicated workspace for guests who need to catch up on work during their stay.
Three additional bedrooms are located on the lower level. The first features a king bed, Smart TV, and private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is ideal for larger groups and includes two full-over-full bunk beds and a Smart TV. The third bedroom offers a full-over-full bunk bed, an additional twin bed, and a Smart TV. A fourth full bathroom is located in the hallway, along with a spacious laundry room that includes a futon for additional sleeping flexibility. Families traveling with young children will also appreciate the Pack 'n Play available for guest use.

For added comfort, the home is equipped with mini-split systems that provide both heating and cooling, along with supplemental baseboard heat throughout the property.

Outdoors
The backyard is designed to be an extension of the home's gathering space. Fully fenced and pet-friendly, it offers plenty of room for both kids and pets to enjoy the outdoors safely.

Relax in the brand-new seven-person hot tub after a day of sightseeing, gather around the propane fire pit in the evening, or fire up the propane grill for an outdoor meal with family and friends.
