Craving a mountain escape? Welcome to our Rustic-Modern A-Frame Cabin, where the ski lifts are closer than your morning commute! Unwind by our personal Zen creek, hit the nearby town, or simply enjoy the great outdoors. Here, we swap city stress for mountain zest in the blink of an eye.
The fully stocked kitchen with gorgeous granite countertops will make cooking a breeze. Enjoy the wood stove for some ambiance as well as make the home nice and toasty on those chilly winter days.
Easily get anywhere in Summit County. The free Summit Stage bus route is a quick walk from the house, downtown Breckenridge is about 2 miles from the house.
Welcome to our charming 800 sq/ft cabin, featuring a spacious loft adorned with a queen bed and two twin beds. On the main level, a convenient sofa bed awaits to offer you a comfortable rest. After a day full of exploration, retreat to our inviting patio, newly fitted with a gas fire pit, seating, and a propane BBQ Grill - a perfect setting for memorable evenings!

Items to Note:
-Pets are NOT allowed. Owner is allergic.
-No AC. The weather is nice here! Open the windows!
-Wood Burning Stove is the MAIN heat source in the home. You must be able to start a fire to utilize this heat source.
-4 wheel drive is recommended in the winter
-Washer/Dryer are located in the kitchen
-You can fit 4 cars in the driveway
-Stairs to the loft are steeper than your average stairs and are the steps are off centered making it feel odd until you are use to them. Please monitor children, and watch your step.
-Winter months do bring the occasional snowfall in Colorado and the potential for icy road conditions, we advise guests to consider opting for a vehicle equipped with 4WD (Four-Wheel Drive) or AWD (All-Wheel Drive) for a safer and more secure travel accommodations.
-Please be aware, that there is NO mailbox access at this home. You will not be able to receive mail from USPS during your stay.

Temps got into the 40s & 50s at night so it was great to have the wood stove stocked with wood to take the chill off. Especially with the wet weather. Space was very comfortable for my husband and I. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking all meals. Laundry worked great! Shower pressure and temps were good as well. As other reviews state, one negative we agree with is the stairs to the sleeping arrangements. Be sure to use caution but they’re kind of fun. We personally found the pictures to be accurate to what we got.

Super cute little house! Perfect spot to explore the area. The upstairs gets hot during the summer day so keep the fans running! It is a great location, but keep in mind the road is very busy. My family had a blast regardless and made lots of wonderful memories!

This place was clean and well stocked for me and a few friends to spend the weekend hiking around and catching up over meals. It's close to town but far enough away to feel like you have a little woods to yourself with the back patio. Easy to check in and out.

This unit is in a great location, close to Breck and located 100' from a bubbling brook. There are great mountain views in all directions. The kitchen and the bath in this unit are extremely well equipped, with dozens of spices, a small package of ground coffee, and a dozen different shampoos and conditioners. The one downside is that the beds are located on the upper level of the A-frame house and they can only be accessed by a very steep set of stairs. If you come down slowly and grab the sides you probably won't get hurt. Aside for this, everything was great.

We enjoyed our stay. The proximity to town was great. Cute, clean and private. The only thing we did not like was the stairs. Good thing we have good knees.

Loved this place. Fireplace, outdoor fire pit, and grill were perfect for laying low and enjoying the cabin. Even had a front porch outdoor heater to help take the edge off the cold. Fully equipped kitchen, private creek access with bench perfect for a place to chill.Just be aware the road is about 95ft away and there’s some traffic going back and forth to the ski lodge.Overall loved this place and would recommend to friends.

If you need a place to stay in Breckenridge, this is the place. It’s so cute, clean and well appointed. They seriously thought of everything—- pots, pans, spices galore, kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, comfy beds, fan (and heaters and wood stove but we were there in summer), fire pit and various places to sit outside, gas grill and behind the house… the most beautiful stream with a few seats to sit and ponder your thoughts or drink coffee. This was a lovely place for our family of 4. Our only regret is that we didn’t get to stay longer.

The cutest cabin ever!! We loved our stay here when we got married and even had our “first look” at the private creek in the backyard of the cabin. The kitchen was stocked so well and the rest of the cabin was just as amazing. We can’t wait to come back!
The place was just the perfect amount of off the beaten path. Took less than 7 minutes to be in town but far enough for no noise. For winter they had a nice gas lit fire place outside with a heating bar above the seating. Water heater was instantly hot and the use of space heaters were enough to keep it warm even when it was 1 degree outside. Plenty of parking too, snow plow came and made 3 areas for us to park.
