The Home
Welcome to this cozy 700-square-foot duplex, thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. The open living area offers plenty of space to relax after a day of exploring, complete with a Smart TV and a sleeper sofa for additional guests.
The spacious primary bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, a sitting area, a dedicated desk for remote work, its own Smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom, making it easy to unwind or stay productive during your visit.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals at home (please note there is no dishwasher), and a full-size washer and dryer are available for your convenience. During the warmer months, a portable floor air conditioner keeps the home comfortable.
Outdoors
Spend your evenings enjoying dinner on the propane grill. Traveling with your pup? A newly added fenced area near the front entrance provides a convenient space for quick potty breaks before bed or first thing in the morning.

• This home is the rear unit of a duplex and is accessed through the back alley.
• The neighboring property has chickens and a rooster, so you may hear them during your stay.
• Up to two dogs are welcome. A $75 pet fee per pet will be added to your reservation.
• The home uses a portable floor air conditioner during the summer months and does not have central air conditioning.
• There is no USPS mailbox access, so mail cannot be delivered to the property during your stay.
• Please be aware, that there is NO mailbox access at this home. You will not be able to receive mail from USPS during your stay.

The house was very comfy and very clean I love that there was a fan. Would love to come back one day. Love the sky lights to didn’t have to use any lights until it got dark, we were even allowed to check in a little earlier.

Our getaway to visit with family and friends included our first time experience in an VRBO property. We were not disappointed, the accommodations were just as described and met our needs perfectly. We were able to travel with our small pet and he was comfortable too! Communication with our host was free-flowing, accurate and pertinent. The DACK app for check-in and amenities was very helpful. Through that app I located a nearby massage therapist…… Another great experience! The price point for this property was spot on. It was a great location with close access to freeway travel, shopping, and tour spots. Thank you Lloyd and staff for hosting us and making it all possible.

Our stay at Blue Haven was great. The property was cozy and comfortable. The location was perfect to access to Garden of the Gods and Manitou Springs. There were restaurants available within walking distance. I would suggest looking up Ivywild School for food and beverages. It had great food and atmosphere.

Close to everything we wanted to do. Close to hiking trails and prime 25 (if you stay here go eat there. It’s AMAZING) there were issues with the remotes but easily figured out. Like that this place was dog friendly but seemed like it doesn’t get thouroughly cleaned after each visitor. Since we have dogs we felt right at home though lol. Over all a great stay and a great place.

Loud rooster next door, dirt parking lot. And if it’s just a couple it’s great but pull out couch is awful lumpy 2 inch mattress sloping down... comfy couches but no cable tv, antenna. No dishwasher. Oven was very dirty and unusable. Otherwise we settled in and pluses were washer dryer (stacked) cozy couches and decorations ( except all the many hanging baskets )

This place is a nice Lil hidden treasure. It's really close to pretty much everything... Stratton open spaces, red Rock open spaces, old Colorado city. And a couple a turns and you're headed up to pikes peak. Also a nice Lil walk to Bristol at ivy wild!
The Blue Haven is quiet, comfortable, and peaceful. It is close to my parents so I was able to go visit frequently, and it is easy access to I 25 and several surrounding sites, shopping, and restaurants. I was able to invite family over and enjoy the outdoor picnic table area. My fur babies and I enjoyed our stay.
