Spacious home with all amenities, fenced backyard, garage access which made it nice during those frigid days and nights. House is decorated very nice. Only thing I wish is the fireplace would work but no impact on our stay.

The property was in a nice quiet spot. Morning walks with our pup were enjoyable. The trails had wonderful views of the mountain. Very dog friendly! There was an air show the weekend we stayed. We could see and hear them while sitting in the backyard. Hot air balloons flew over as well. The house was clean and had everything we needed, even coffee and filters! This property is about 15 minutes from stores and restaurants. It is about 25 minutes to Colorado Springs. We would stay here again. Was great for our family of 5 humans and one fur baby!

Beautiful home. Peaceful neighborhood. A little further from things than we anticipated, But, it wasn't a huge deal. (gave our kiddos type to nap and recharge from all the fun. lol) We throughly enjoyed our stay!

What a great property! The only thing I lacked was a paring knife and that was remedied with a trip for groceries. We used the grill, watched some TV and relaxed before my son had to report to base. It was nice to not have the “city” on top of you and really wasn’t more than a 15 minute drive to get what we needed for supplies. I would recommend this to anyone with a need for four bedrooms and extra bathrooms. I will definitely use this property again if it is available.

We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was clean and functioning. We had all the necessities needed to cook in the kitchen, including a crockpot. My only suggestion would be some anti-slip strips for the bathtubs.

Enjoyed the layout so family members w infant could be two floors away at night. Enjoyed kitchen and bath renovations. Enjoyed open living,dining and kitchen area. Needs new coffee machine, repaired screen door and repaired basement bedroom window screen. Needs carpets cleaned if rented to crawling baby. Needs blinds and /or curtains on windows without covering. Enjoyed exploring a new area of Colorado Springs, learning about air and space force bases and Veterans Cemetery. Good playgrounds for baby. City of Fountain had good grocery and restaurant options. Served well for visiting friends in CS during day and returning for sleeping and breakfast. Enjoyed shopping/restaurants at The Citadel mall area.

This AirBNB was great! Spacious and in a beautiful location. Unfortunately the basement room was essentially unusable due to bugs and we had to use the living room couch as a bed, but Lloyd was very communicative.

We stayed at 9257 Tranquil HideawayThis house is in a nice neighborhood. Very clean home. Quiet. The patio was very nice and we enjoyed the grill. It was nice to have a dishwasher as well as washer and dryer within the home. We also enjoyed the fenced in yard. Although we did not have any pets, it is pet friendly. If I were to give it a rating on a scale of 1-5, I would give it a 4. We very much so enjoyed staying in this property.Thank you!Gunderson family.

Perfect place to stay in! Makes you feel at home

Great house, quiet neighborhood, great for families! It was really great to have a nice place where my kids could get alone time after a long drive in the car, or after a day of sight seeing. Very clean

Great place and host! We found it a bit overpriced, especially once fees were added, and a little difficult to navigate around the area. We would totally stay again but may look around more for a more competitive price and something closer to the city.

Had a bit of a hiccup...but great stay overall.
