Awesome place, this home had everything one can need. Living and dining area are spacious so we all could sit at one place. They even had games for adults and toys for kids. All 3 rooms are beautifully decorated. Thanks to Brook and all co hosts!! I will recommend to my friends.

Spent 6 days and it was very quiet, clean, and the Team was very responsive with check in/out. The hot tub was a plus and the central air will come in handy when we return this summer!

A beautiful, clean home that was perfect for our week in Colorado Springs. The mattresses were super comfy (and I'm pretty picky about beds). The hot tub was a huge plus! So nice for soaking in after a long hike. The kitchen is spacious and well stocked. We do a lot of cooking on vacation and we had everything we needed. The host even had a bowl of complimentary snacks for us. We would definitely recommend this rental and would love to stay again next time we're in the area :)

I viewed several similar locations for the price and amenities, and this location was the right choice. I traveled with my two kids (11 and 16) and our dog. The yard was fenced - great for our dog to have leash-free time. The hot tub was the perfect ending to every day! There was enough space between everyone with the 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. We used the kitchen for at least one meal daily, and all the basics were there. I do advise a quick sweep of the spice cabinet before you shop to ensure you have spices, cooking spray, etc. There were plenty of towels, and the linens and beds were clean and comfy! The dead end at the west end of the street made for a quiet neighborhood, perfect for walking and seeing the sunset behind the mountains. 10/10 would stay again! Thank you for providing us with a wonderful place to rest between all of our activities: Garden of the Gods, the Incline, Cog Railway, Helen Hunt Falls, downtown Manitou, the shopping district of Old Colorado Springs, and more!
