The Vista House offers 2,880 square feet of thoughtfully designed space across three levels, giving your group plenty of room to relax and spread out.

Upstairs, the primary suite features a king bed and a spa-style en-suite with dual vanities, a dedicated makeup vanity, and a spacious double shower. Two additional bedrooms each include king beds, with one offering a desk for remote work. A full hallway bathroom serves this level.

The main floor is the heart of the home, with a fully updated kitchen stocked for cooking and gathering. Guests can enjoy casual meals at the breakfast table for two or the kitchen bar with four stools, while the dining room seats eight comfortably. This level also includes two separate living rooms, one with a Smart TV and gas fireplace, plus direct access to the upper deck with beautiful views. A convenient half bathroom, full laundry room, and direct entry to the two-car garage add to the ease of your stay.

Downstairs, the walk-out basement is designed for entertainment and relaxation. The rec room features an air hockey table, Smart TV, oversized beanbags, and a pull-out sectional for additional sleeping space. A fourth king bedroom, full bathroom, and second laundry area complete this level, along with walk-out access to the private hot tub.

Step outside to take in some of the best views in Colorado Springs. The upper deck offers sweeping mountain and city views, a propane grill, outdoor fireplace, comfortable seating, and a retractable shade for added comfort.

 - We've prepared a starter supply that includes coffee, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, trash bags, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and soft white towels! 
 - Winter months do bring snowfall in Colorado and the potential for icy road conditions, we advise guests to consider opting for a vehicle equipped with 4WD (Four-Wheel Drive) or AWD (All-Wheel Drive) for a safer and more secure travel accommodations.
 - Please be aware, that there is NO mailbox access at this home. We are not responsible for lost mail.
