The Home Space
Inside, The Red Barn combines comfort and style in every detail. The open living area features a striking live-edge bar top, a smart TV with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime, and a kitchen designed for gathering with stainless steel appliances and ample counter space. You’ll find three inviting bedrooms: a king (with en-suite bathroom), a queen, and a twin-over-queen bunk, all designed with restful nights in mind. Two bedrooms open directly to the sprawling Trex deck, where a porch swing, breakfast table, and dartboard invite you to linger. The dedicated office provides a quiet space to get work done if needed and doubles as an extra lounge with a second smart TV and futon for additional sleeping space. For added convenience, a full-sized washer and dryer are available in the home, making longer stays easy and stress-free.

The Outdoor Space
Step outside and soak up the beauty of Colorado living. The massive deck offers hillside views perfect for morning sunrises or evening relaxation. The backyard patio includes outdoor seating, a grill for cookouts, and a propane firepit that sets the stage for cozy evenings under the stars. - This home is pet friendly, there is a $75 pet fee per pet, with up to two pets allowed.
- The home does not have central AC but there are portable window ACs in the home to keep the home comfortable.
- There are cameras on the front of the home for security purposes.
- We've prepared a starter supply that includes coffee, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, trash bags, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and soft white towels! 
- Winter months do bring snowfall in Colorado and the potential for icy road conditions, we advise guests to consider opting for a vehicle equipped with 4WD (Four-Wheel Drive) or AWD (All-Wheel Drive) for a safer and more secure travel accommodations.
- Please be aware, that there is NO mailbox access at this home. We are not responsible for lost mail.
