The Home

The spacious living area welcomes you with comfortable seating, a modern electric fireplace, and a large smart TV, creating an easy place to unwind after a day of exploring Colorado Springs. The open layout connects the living room to the remodeled kitchen, making the whole space feel connected and inviting.
 - The home was remodeled in 2021, including the kitchen and it features new appliances, clean finishes, and all the essentials you need to cook and settle in. A large dining table sits nearby, offering plenty of room for shared meals and conversation.
 - All three bedrooms are designed with comfort in mind. The primary bedroom includes a king bed and a private corner addition with a twin daybed and twin trundle, perfect for families or groups needing flexible sleeping arrangements. The two additional bedrooms each offer a cozy queen bed and natural light. A refreshed full bathroom serves the home with bright lighting and functional space for everyone. For added convenience during longer visits, the home also includes a dedicated laundry room with full-size machines.
 - A converted sunroom sits toward the back of the home and has become a favorite hangout spot. With floor-to-ceiling windows, it’s now a cheerful game room equipped with foosball, darts, cornhole, board games, and books, giving guests something fun to enjoy no matter the weather. Can't forget about the high speed internet!

Outdoors
Enjoy a fully fenced yard ideal for pets and outdoor time. Gather around the wood-burning fire pit for s’mores or quiet evenings under the Colorado sky. The yard provides plenty of usable space for families and groups.
