The main level greets you with a warm, inviting ambiance, highlighted by a grand living area where a striking rock fireplace sets the scene for cozy evenings with a large Smart TV, ready to stream your favorite movies. This flows seamlessly into a gourmet kitchen equipped with granite countertops, a large island with a breakfast bar, a pantry, and real wood cabinetry stocked with all the essentials you'll need. Large sliding glass doors open from the living area onto a back deck overlooking the private, fenced backyard—an ideal spot for relaxing and taking in the peaceful surroundings and wonderful Colorado weather. Additionally, there is a private office right off the front door to allow you to tend to work in a nice quite area. 

On the main floor, a spacious master suite awaits with a plush king bed, smart TV and an en-suite bathroom featuring a soaker tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. (Please note, the closet is locked for owner storage.) Also on this level, you’ll find a convenient laundry room, making it easy to settle in and make yourself at home.

Upstairs, a cozy loft space offers stunning views of Pikes Peak. This upper level also includes two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and smart tv, and a shared full bathroom, providing ample space and privacy for everyone in your group.

The real magic happens when you head down to the basement, a true entertainment haven designed for gathering and unwinding. Enjoy a second living room with smart tv and fireplace, a custom wet bar with seating, and ample space to socialize. The game area is fully equipped for endless fun with a pool table, air hockey, foosball, and a ping pong table. 

The basement also houses two more bedrooms, one with a king bed and smart tv and the other with two twin beds and a smart tv, along with an additional full bathroom. For added convenience, the walkout basement opens to a large, covered patio and an exquisitely landscaped backyard that backs onto a peaceful wooded area, making it perfect for private evenings under the stars around the firepit.

The house is not only spacious but thoughtfully prepared for guests, with a three-car garage (owner car stored on one side), two queen air mattresses if extra sleeping space is needed, and a Pack ‘n Play for families with little ones. - Please note that if you choose to bring a furry friend (max of TWO pets), there is pet fee of $75 PER pet.
- We've prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, trash bags, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and soft white towels! 
- Winter months do bring snowfall in Colorado and the potential for icy road conditions, we advise guests to consider opting for a vehicle equipped with 4WD (Four-Wheel Drive) or AWD (All-Wheel Drive) for a safer and more secure travel accommodations.
- Please be aware, that there is NO mailbox access at this home. We are not responsible for lost mail.
