Enjoy the comfort and privacy of this garden-level apartment located beneath the main home with its own private entrance. Designed for couples, solo travelers, business guests, and longer stays, the space offers everything you need for a relaxing visit.
The living room is a cozy place to unwind with a Smart TV, electric fireplace, and a futon that provides additional sleeping space when needed.
The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, and a breakfast bar with seating for one. Whether you're preparing breakfast before heading out or enjoying dinner at home, you'll have the essentials for your stay. *Please note there is no dishwasher.
The bedroom area features a queen-size bed, dresser, and closet for your belongings. *Please note that the bedroom is open to the living space and does not have a bedroom door. The full bathroom is accessed through the bedroom and includes a walk-in shower.
Mini-split heating and air conditioning keep the apartment comfortable year-round, while the in-unit washer and dryer make extended stays easy. Fast WiFi is available throughout the apartment.

Outdoors

• Pet fee is $75/per pet with up to two pets allowed
• Mailbox access is not available at this property. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected mail.
• We provide a starter supply of essentials, including paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, trash bags, dish soap, laundry detergent, and towels.
• Exterior security camera monitors the driveway only for guest safety. There are no cameras inside the home or facing private outdoor spaces.
