LIVING SPACE:
Experience a true "Home Away From Home" sensation as you step into this warm and inviting home! Its main level offers an open layout with hardwood floors through out the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room with Smart TV. The garden level houses a cozy living area with another Smart TV, games corner, laundry, and a bathroom. Traveling with kids? They'll love the play area and bunk beds in the first suite on the lower level, which also includes a King bedroom and en-suite bathroom. The upper level features three Queen bedrooms and a second suite, complete with a King and Queen room, a sitting area with amenities, and a bathroom. After an adventure-filled day, unwind on the patio, fire up the gas grill, and enjoy Colorado's stunning weather!

-Winter months do bring the occasional snowfall in Colorado and the potential for icy road conditions, we advise guests to consider opting for a vehicle equipped with 4WD (Four-Wheel Drive) or AWD (All-Wheel Drive) for a safer and more secure travel accommodations.
-Please be aware, that there is NO mailbox access at this home. You will not be able to receive mail from USPS during your stay.

Lots of space, plenty of bedrooms with very comfortable beds, great for families. We love to play board games and there were 3 spaces great for gaming. Open kitchen and living area were perfect for gathering for meals and to watch tv. Nice area downstairs for kids to play. This house was perfect!

This house was wonderful for our large family with plenty of room to be together and separate. The three "living areas" let some play games, others have a small get together, meals could be leisurely enjoyed by all. The kitchen was big enough for "everyone" to help prepare our home cooked meals. The furniture couldn't have been nicer or more comfortable. I would rent this home again when the occasion arises. You should check it out!

This spacious home was perfect for a family wedding weekend with 14 of us coming and going. Plenty of hanging out space, very functional kitchen, 4 bathrooms, 2 mini-fridges in addition to the kitchen refrigerator, shady patio. We enjoyed it thoroughly!

This house was very nice. There was plenty of room for the 10 of us. There was enough room for everyone to sit at the table and counter to eat meals and play cards with the rest of our family next door. They had toys for the little kids to play with. I would definately stay again. There are so many things to do around there.

We stayed here for my dad's 80th birthday celebration with agents ranging from 1-80. Excellent location, near garden of the gods, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, parks, and other family activities. The house is a split level with three separate living areas, which makes it nice if some people are resting for others to hang out without disturbance. Very big dining table so that family meals can be enjoyed together. Two-car garage plus spots for three cars. The bunk beds are full size. Highly recommend!

This was a perfect house for our stay in Colorado Springs. There was more than enough room for all of us (8 adults) to have our own space but also a great area to gather in. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare a family dinner and a table big enough for all of us to share a meal. The downtown area was only 10-15 minutes away and there were plenty of restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again

This is a very large space! perfect for a lot of people. the upstairs king and queen rooms have a living area and bathroom attached. this made for a nice private area for a portion of our party. the downstairs is also very private. it would be easy to have a few small families staying here at one time. very spacious, clean and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood.
